My Story
I have found a passion for helping and serving people, and as the sole owner and operator of Altru Tech, I aim to do just that.
With nearly 12 years of experience in the US Army National Guard as a signal systems specialist in the IT field, I have gained invaluable skills. I also previously worked for a cable company in Prescott Valley, where I noticed a significant disparity in support within the ever-changing world of technology. Customers often lacked access to personalized IT solutions for their smart device usage, leading them to be directed to third-party call centers. Communication was frequently hindered by language barriers, and assistance was provided by representatives who were merely reading from a script. This not only complicated understanding the solutions but also extended the time required to resolve issues. Recognizing this inefficiency, I decided to take matters into my own hands to help anyone overcome their technology challenges and provide the handy services that larger companies often overlook.
My desire is not only to serve my clients but also to help keep jobs local and support the American economy. After all, small business ownership is the backbone of the American dream, and I am committed to offering smart home installation and tailored tech support that truly meets the needs of my community.
